Whats the story behind the citreon Krankin?? Any more pics? Looks fuggen awsome! I've seen the diesel rat-rod doing the rounds a fair bit on the interwebz. Does a mean burnout. Both excellent choices tho, i got a hard-on for both of them.

I feel ya man, i sold a S2 VY SS ute with a touch over 260rwkw to make way for the D40. I miss the power but i love the D40

Where in the same boat, still makes me was sad but the d40 is definately the smart thing to do! Are you a sparky cobez by any chance??

I do miss having a monster tap of torque and power under my right foot, but the attention from the local constabulary was getting really old. Constantly pulled over, one EPA notice for the ute being too loud and one canary that i was lucky enough to get "cleared".


But the D40 is just as good to drive, just obviously in different ways. There really is no comparision, two completely different cars!


And nah im not a sparky sorry mate. Why do you ask?

Miss her on the straights, the bends and right up till the black top stops, then the D40 wins the battle
