Old mate of mine from my music days used to have a 454 Impala, dunno whatever happened to it but he's rarely in the country now so I can't see it being driven often.

There is a Blue Impala I think it is a few suburbs away.

Always gets plenty of attention, not a vehicle Id wanna buy.

If it's got a 454 in it like the mate's it's not the sort of car I would want to re-fuel either.

Probably still carby to, so a trip to the shops a few km's away costs 10 bucks.

$30 when the carbon tax comes in.

The tank takes up the entire back seat and they run a hose directly into the carby and just siphons out whenever the engine is rotating and they are very good friends with each and every servo within a 10k radius.

Thinking how bad they are on fuel, imagine the amount of fuel the petrol powered tanks etc in World War 1 would of used.

That's why they called them tanks, they were just a big fuel tank with a gun mounted to the roof.
