new D22 ,s coming . [ 2014 models. i just bought a 2013 model and asked the question about more D22,s versus d40,s. apparently the d22,s are selling very well as the price is good compared to the d40,s which are over $10 grand more plus.
Its also got a lot to do with the market. As Happy John said D=Dinosaur for the D22. Nice Truck but still a bit rough and ready for todays market. The Navara always has been hopefully always will be the tradies ute. Mainly as it's cheaper then the Lux. But unlike days of old where you had a work ute(1 tonna) and the car for the family. Its Down to mostly 1 car. And that 1 has a lot of rolls to play. D40 is the compmise ute. Nice inside for the Family & Missus, comes in auto for the city taffic and can still work as a ute for your tools or tow a trailer, get you to the best camp sites. And lets face it with less and less people buying 4wds to use a 4wd wouldn't you want something more refined then a shopping trolly.

I see heaps of new ones on the road on the Gold Coast.. may be the selling hot spot.
