What is in the kit? I mean by mufflers , cats, etc. I'm thinking of going 2.75" over 3" but doing all the work myself and having no mufflers in it

its a full kit 2&3/4''
IMAG0475.jpg

it comes with dump pipe cat and muffler, front and rear engine pipes and tailpipe
all gaskets and bolts ,brackets ect
i also got the straight through pipe which replaces muffler($150)
all up $1450 delivered
and a carton of beer for the hoist rental
everything ive read, and the people ive queried suggests this is the best size for our 2.5crd
going bigger results in less engine breaking and a drop in torque

now i have to start banking more brownie points for the chip
so
ime off to do the dishes
and take the clothes off the line
and provide any other services my mrs requires :makeout:

G'evening Sparra!

You will enjoy your new system mate!

ok
so the exhaust is fitted
and let me say
never again:banghead:
3 hrs to remove fkin dump pipe:rambo:
theres just no room to get at bolts
thank god it was on a hoist in a workshop with all the right tools
once new dump pipe was in it was an easy job
it has made a big differance
spools up earlier
noticable improvment in power and torque:3gears:
and a nice note with no muffler fitted
highly reccomended mod for the underpowered 2.5

unichip going on shortly
i dont like the chips that simply increase rail pressure
the unichip plugs into each injector

I'm also interested in a unichip, where you purchasing from? Ive been quoted $2000 fitted tuned and a 5 stage dial allowing to select performance-tow-economy-standard-spare from Northside 4x4.

northside quoted me $1200 with 2 tune options/ economy and tow

Sparra,

Which exhaust have you fitted? Looks like a very snug fit and certainly well built. I would be using a 100cell cat instead of 200cell unit. How is the in cab drone?
