Side steps installation

Hi all, new to this group. I’ve just bought a 2011 navara d40 and have purchased side steps and brush rails for it from ultimate 4x4 located in minto. Just wondering if anyone has purchased the same product from this place and can help me understand how to install as I’m struggling to understand how it’s meant to be mounted. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Looks like they clamp around the chassis rail. Are there two U-bolts missing? I count 6 brackets and 6 plates but only 4 U-bolts.
