removing load guard from ute tub

Hi folks

Just wondering how to remove the load guard of my dual cab tub, Ive removed all the bolts and old tub cover but still cant get it out.

Any help would be great.

doesn't matter now its off, its the cabin protector or what stops a load from coming through the back window
