Provent 200

Hey guys,

Yep another question on the Provent 200!!!

I have an '06 ZD30 and have just purchased the can and am trying to find the correct size hose to use.
The outlet on the can is 1"od ( 25mm)
I have been told to use 15.9mm OD hose and insert it into the outlet of the catchcan and use heat shrink to hold it in place.

I cant seem to find hose to fit over the outlet!
What has everyone else done? I have had a scan through the forum and can't really find an answer.
Has everyone gone the way as I mentioned above or have they used a step down in line.
I'm just worried if I insert the hose into the outlet it might restrict the flow rate and increase the pressure in the crank case. Extreme I know but I want to keep driving this thing for quite some to yet.

Any help would be appreciated.

[steel d40]

1" hose preferably oil resistant with reducer to 5/8" for d40 not sure for zd30. Make sure the reducer is in an easy to access spot so it can be tightened as hose wears in. Had an air leak on my hose without realising it as reducer was in a bugger of a spot.
