Need a little help. Over the last few days the bolts on my starter keep backing out and it won't grab and start, no biggie, l'm flat out at work and can't get under there to fix it.
However, this morning my oil light was pulsing and flashing then half way to work it came on steady, checked the oil level ( oil change earlier this week) and all good, but when l went to restart it via the tightening of the starter bolts first l noticed there was a broken wire hanging out of the conduit that runs next to the starter (with a strange bracket that isn't attached to anything)
The wire in question is yellow with a blue or green trace. Does anyone know if this might be the oil pressure sender? Or where abouts the sender is? I won't get to have a look at it till after work at 2am in the dark in a carpark.
Its an 04 zd30.
