hey guys,


my names josh and i live in the hills district in sydney, just joined the forum today and have had a bit of a browse and i must say I'm really surprised how helpful everyone is with each other!!!

other forums I've been on in the past are full of "keyboard warriors" this place seems like a really good community which is how it should be!!


I'm planning on getting a used d40 diesel 4x4 i would like something from MY10 but open to suggestions and best bang for buck, problems etc

Try to get the 140/450 version (easy to tell - mid 2010 or later, it'll be Spanish, VIN starts with "VSK") because it's better on fuel with a wider torque spread. The 126/403 versions (early 2010, or Thai builds) are a little peaky - not that they're a bad car, I have one and am quite happy with it.
