New member intro D40 magic.

Hi joined in April 22 and thought I should introduce myself. I have had a 2011 D40 2.5 Auto Tekna Spanish built, for the past 4 years and it has been a magic ride. It has done 190000 miles (that’s about 304000km in funny money) and I can’t fault the old gal. Apart from a new alternator earlier this year when the spindle sheared, and replacement brake pads all I have had to do is put the fuel in. It has a full service once a year which is about every 15000 miles. I know you guys over there are far more intense with your maintenance which given the more extreme weather and outback road conditions is understandable. I am however spending more time looking and listening since I have joined your forum, and I find your knowledge fascinating for solving problems and helping others solve theirs.
