Where the pipe work comes out past the radiator and behind the light is the any cutting required??? My 2003 single cab seems not to have enough room for them to pass through...

The only cutting required is a quick cut of the plastic radiator fan shroud to get the pipe through past the side of the radiator

Absolutely no structural cutting required te pipe behid the headlight is made from molded silicone

Appteciate the comments ... If theres enough interest in tube and fin yeh sure why not... Do you prefer it?

They do have significant benefits especially on diesel engines.
But that aside, look forward to seeing some results with your current kit.

go the winch version mate, winches come in pretty handy out in the bush - not just getting you out of a bog or up a slippery hill but handy for other stuff too like getting firewood.

Is there anyway you can fit the power steering cooler to the intercooler maybe by drill and tap the tank and fitting an angled bracket so the cooler attaches to the bracket?

Its something that id love to see my options when its fitted to a winch car im purely guessing where to put it .... You may be right angle it diagonally up the drivers tank
