Need help alternator not charging

Just changed over my alternator clutch pulley, when I was putting back the alternator power terminal I slipped and shorted the wrench out on the body, now battery light shows on dash and alternator doesn't charge

Any help would be great.

You may have fried the regulator. They do carry a lot of current but wrenches can carry a lot more.

You'd probably need an auto sparky to test it for you.
