My Boss

The guy does not know how to communicate with human beings.

He has a way of making stuff seem like your fault even though you have nothing to do with it.

I find out he has employeed the use of a contractor to do some work for us (that i could have done in 20 mins) that has now screwed up a bunch of my work, cost us 2-3 hours labour charge... and now i am left to clean it up... Lets add a few hours of my time to that entire situation now....

I just dont understand how this guy has made it to a managerial position....

But honestly I feel like I'm working more hours than Dave at the moment, you'd think I could manage to take a day off every now and then....

These days the majority of people to be promoted are the cock suckers or arseholes. Workers only get left behind.

I have met a few good bosses but most of them are idiots.
