How best to remove the heads from a 2012 V9X V6 TD

Hey guy's, G-Day from Bathurst Australia.
Just joined the forum to be able to talk to other owns of the Navara.
My question is, How best to remove the heads from a 2012 V9X V6 TD?

From memory, engine out if you follow the workshop manual.
EGR pipe in the valley was part of a recall years ago, and even that was meant to be engine out (thankfully we found a short cut before it came to that!).
