Hard start and codes 0703 & 0407

Hello, So long story short I picked up a ZD30 D22 a couple of weeks ago that wouldn't run and had been diagnosed to be the injection pump failed. Got it home and did some testing and decided to replace the pump. It runs now but at times takes a while to start up and is throwing 0703 and 0407 Fault codes. Every so often it seems like it's not going to start but if I wiggle the cabin fuse box it fires right up, (not sure if it just a coincidence) which makes me think there's an issue in the fuse box or the wiring, but I can't find anything wrong in there. Wondering if anyone else had a similar issue or if anyone has a wiring diagram that may show if the CAS and Injection pump communication lines use the same fuse or relay?

0703 is pump comm line and 0407 is crank position sensor.
crank sensor is prone to interference.

i would check for any damaged cables, poor earths etc.
