greasing suspension components

just wondering what everybodies using when greasing suspension components before they hit the tracks.

unfortunetly theres no grease nipples on my susspension areas so periodicly i might just use some Silicon type spray on the bushes so no squeaks happen.

The D40 has no suspension grease nipples.
I have an ARB spring kit and it requires greasing every 5,000klms. It does have grease nipples.
The grease to use is a Molybdenum Disulphide grease.

I got a cartridge from Bursons:
Black Tack
EP2 Grease
Extreme Pressure Lithium Grease
with tackifier and Moly
(Molybdenum Disulphide)
