I haven't been here long but it is quite simple to work out that threads like this and the dribble thread are used as they were designed to be
I like the fact that you can go to the serious shit when you need to or be entertained by other stuff also, all on the one site
I also appreciate that "Chicks" add a positive and different perspective by asking things from another view
if people don't like the forum dynamic they should stay the hell away

I need one mounted backwards on my sports bar to blind tail gaters. Tail gaters = extreme road rage with me. Had a hectic incident the other day. Guy nearly t boned me because he ran a red, then was tail gating me virtually all way home trying to push me to go over the speed limit, I got the shits...the single lane road came to a split where he could overtake me (if he wasn't in a mirage) but I thought F you buddy I ain't giving you the satisfaction so I sped up so he couldn't overtake - back to one lane, he got even shittier...meanwhile I'm singing along to Guns and Roses, nekminit the dumb ass has his high beams on and slipping his auto shit box into neutral to rev at me (which I could barely hear over my diesel goodness). He was really pissing me off at this stage so I slammed on the anchors and he shit bricks hahaha. Nearly went up the back of me, wouldn't of worried me because I'm pretty protected with the rear step and tow ball, plus I'm fully insured. He learnt his lesson and backed right off

I put my $2 in actually lol. Not too bad of a reply for someone whos had 3 hours sleep in 2 days. Time for bed!

It could be condensation, but I wouldn't have thought you'd get condensation in there. But I blanked off both ends of mine in case that happened. If you have it blocked though you could always get rid of those 2 coolant lines and just join them together.

I've seen people block both ends of the egr, some just one and other do on the left hand side closer to the intake (?) That's on a yd25. My plate only seems to fit closer to the intake. Don't know if this make any sense. Can anyone post pics pointing to where there's is?

Nice work. I hate tail gaters too and merge blockers.
I tend to brake check too and of the doesn't work slow right down when someone is tail gating.
I got down to 20km/h the other day when some sheila was a bit heavy on the gas with a median strip in the middle and parked cars on left. B!tch was spitting chips and when she caught a glimpse of me looking and laughing in the rear mirror she lost it more. She peeled off down a back street only to pop out behind me again on the next main road after I chucked a left lol. F#_k em

Yeah, I need to buy a catch can.
The plate is out at the moment, had to take the car to Nissan so didn't want it getting knocked back under warranty.
I need to find the instructions that came with the blanking plate, it'll leave you scratching your head as it did with my mechanic (who has blanking plates in his own cars).

Egr cooler lol. Cooler being the keyword. Unless someone swapped it out on me since I last opened the bonnet it is still a yd lol... 2010 model

I'd block both ends. If it leaks coolant it will either go into the inlet manifold or turbine side of the turbo... not pretty either way :/

Oh and I have the plate in the actual inlet tube side too, so blocked 3 times lol

Hahaha. That's right! The Neverending list. Lift, exhaust, some more aggressive ATs with black sunnies are first up. Have some brand spanker 2 way splits to put in, tinted weather shields and 2x lots of spotties to put on that are just sitting in my spare room
