fuel economy improvements for D22

I was told this in 89 when i bought my d21 it is just to run in all the moving parts before it's put under load for the first time same still applies now.

Loaded up to the hilt with all the mods on my signature, doing mostly freeway driving at 110ish kph. I will get around 450-480 ks. Mind you, im yet to weigh my car but i think im well into the 3 tonne +. its not tooo bad but at 1.60+ a litre now, its not that good either.

When i first got the car it was bog stock with ally tray and no gear, stock tyres etc - I would easily get 800 a tank..
