Does the late model d22 have a CAT ?

Can anyone confirm if the late model 2.5CRD 2008 to present have a cat in the cast dump pipe?...or is there a year model change when they did introduce them or not?

My 2012 has a cat. Its somehow wedged between the front bumper and flare dont know how it jumped so high but its all fucked up and wedged in there. sorry if you live near me and your cat doesnt come home.
ps if it doesnt you owe me $12 for the car wash and extra for dumping fees. man its made a mess my white nav now has red stripes down one side lol
