I got limp mode in my 2007 Nissan d40 (YD25). After switching it off and on again, the problem goes away.
However, on-off doesn't help always. It pops the engine check which corresponds to P0093 code.

I have changed the SCV and fuel filter, still the problem not solved. I tried to do paddle dance to reset the sensor but was not successful. However, I removed the battery terminal for 24 hours and it helped.

Other thing is if the fuel is low (fuel light on), then the limp mode is more frequent. After filling up, the limp mode goes away.

Today I used injector cleaner and also cleaned MAF sensor (extremely dirty). Its two days now, the limp mode is not activated yet.

Is there any other things to consider before changing the fuel pump and injectors?

You could try pressurizing the fuel system (pump the primer like mad) until it starts leaking fuel. Being a 2007 model it will surely have hoses that, like mine were, starting to show signs of age. It might just be the hoses (or the primer itself).
