D40 - Rack on top of tub

Hey All

Is anybody aware of a rack system styled like the following that can be installed above the D40 tub. I have linked 2 below, that are priced $1,600 + install + delivery, but they are out of my budget. I'm looking at $700 - $900 MAX. My intention is to utilise this as a roof top tent rack. I've done a bit of research and can't find alternatives, plus also don't have the skills to manufacture myself.

Theres a thread on here somewhere of one i made that works with a rhino flat plaform. Also a couple of similar ones from others.

Search for "tub rack".

Awesome thanks for the heads up. Im not very handy with a welder but im sure if I measure it up I can get it made inexpensivley or even ask a mate. Have you had any issues mounting on the tub edge and also with a tent or heavy load?

Nah no issues.
I wouldnt put a heap of weight up there anyway.
Stuff like space cases, eskys & swags.
Would handle 100kg no problem but i try to keep the weight lower (in the tub).
I have seen a few with rooftop tents on there, about 60kg? + 2 people (140-200kg?) when sleeping in it.
