Cruise control

Having trouble with the cruise control only working intermittently... Some days perfect and other won't work at all.. The little cruise light always appears when ya hit the button but that's as far as it goes??

Anyone else had any dramas with theirs?

Similar issues have been reported here and on the UK forum.

There was one or two with shitty contacts in the switches, atleast one with a problem in the wiring loom between the wheel and the bottom of the steering column and some manual owners have reported the pad on the clutch pedal as the culprit.

Note: these three answers were found in a 30 second search of the site.

I had mine fixed through warranty, apparently there was a faulty connection where it taps into the brake lights? they just ordered a new connector.

+1 on the intermittent operation of the switches. Mine came good after mentioning it to the service guys at my dealer - whether they cleaned the contacts, replaced them or I was just damn lucky I can't say.
