Hey everyone,
Hopefully someone can offer some advice. Been heavy snow here last few days and been out quite a bit in the truck.

Started getting a rattling sound today when I’m slowing down to a near stop. Kinda sounds like someone with a bag of bolts/metal under the bonnet. Pull away again from stop and you hear it again then it disappears.

It’s on 110k and was serviced about 3 months ago.

Thanks in advance

Jump under the car (okay, poorly worded, because even a garden gnome can't "jump" underneath a car).

Safely get yourself underneath the vehicle and give the front drive shaft a wiggle. It shouldn't move AT ALL.

Alternatively it's the CV joints. Jack up each front wheel (make sure you're in 2WD mode) and listen to the axle as you turn the lifted wheel.
