CD works with sound but no sound from Radio

My Navara D40 Aventura UK sepcs. When using the CD player sound comes without issue but the radio does not give any sound. No errors when scanned as well. Can’t conclude as the amplifier is faulty because the CD player sounds works perfectly. Any suggestions?

it's the radio itself. If you still get sound from CD but not radio, it means something inside the headunit to do with the tuner is broken.

Never seen that stereo before, does it have a factory reset option? if so, try that first

Hi , thanks . I will try to do some research and see. However, i tried to reset by disconnecting the battery. But no luck so far

Sounds like the Tuner to me and hardware related.
