Blown tail light circuit

I had a reversing camera linked to my tail lights. The wire shorted out on the chassis and caused a meltdown on the under dash fuse. I don't know why the fuse didn't blow. I lost tail lights, front parkers and the number plate light. Everything else is working as per normal except for the abs light now staying on. I have tried to bypass the fuse board with other wiring with a separate fuse but still nothing. Is there any other main fuse anywhere that I am missing. Very frustrating. Can't drive at night time.

use a multimeter to see where you have voltage and check your earths .there may also be some fusable links comming off battery
do a pull out and visually check fuses
