3 tapping sounds

I have a 2010 manual. It went in for a service last week and the oil, oil filter and fuel filter were replaced. I drive on the motorway to work and since Friday, there is a weird knocking/tapping noise from I think the front left. It's only if I'm doing 100km and change lanes from right to left. But it's not every time and it did it 3 timesthis morning. Weird part is that it sounds like someone is tapping their knuckles on a counter 3 times. It's always three times. My ex heard it on Friday and thought it was coming from the centre console. Any ideas?

1) Jack the car up and try and wobble the wheel, could be a bush.

2) Jack the car up and spin the wheel and listen carefully, could be the bearing on its way

3) Check they didn't leave anything in the car that shouldn't be there or that they replaced everything and nothing is loose.
