265/65 vs 265/70 on 17"

Hi everyone,
I'm looking to change my factory standard wheels and tyres to either 265/65 or 265/70 on 17" rims. I've already got a 2" lift so don't believe there will be any problem fitting them but I'm more concerned about fuel consumption and loss of torque if I go the bigger ones.
Can anyone comment?
I've got a 2012 D40 STX 550.

Hi mate, I've just done the change for the bigger wheels. Looks a lot better but is using about a litre extra juice per 100ks

I doubt you'd notice any difference, getting rolling is where some complain, personally I found no change whatsoever in a tricked up 2.5. With your torque you'll barely notice it if at all.
