2012 auto diesel after the pin diagram on abs harness

Are you talking about a black plug (known in manual as E62 or E63 - a note for me!) ? This is a large plug with 47 wires!
On E62 (with VDC) or E63 (no VDC):
Pin 1 - Blue - CAN-H signal
Pin 2 - Pink - CAN-L signal
Pin 16 and 47 are ground (connected to E59 on the firewall - called E60 in non-VDC vehicles).
It's proving quite difficult to haul the rest of the pin information out of the manual. I can do it, if the info is actually there, but I think my 2011-2014 Navara workshop manual is missing BRC.PDF (Brake Control System) so I only have the master wiring and harness diagrams.
What specifically are you after, and have I got the correct plug?

Hey mate really appreciate the reply as i still havnt found anything yet i have tried to trace back to the system as well but did not succeed.
its the locations where these wires plug into starts with 1-47.. 1 being the yellow wire (top left- fusible link) and red one next to it (top right also fusible link) being number 32 i will attach what i traced originally being messy and hand drawn so my apologies for that haha but like i said no change to the system.

You've done a better job than the manual provides. I've been burrowing into the manual looking for details, I even went and found the missing BRC.PDF file and looked through that and can't get as much detail as you've gotten.
I'll attach the two key sections - the BRC.PDF which is the brake control system, and PG.PDF which is the power supply, ground and circuits document. These are Nissan's documents that the dealer workshops get. I'm sure after you've spent an hour or so you'll see how futile the exercise is. All I can do is apologise, we don't have any better info on them!
