Its prob had a v6 front end change then. Sounds like its a 31 spline R200A which means your rear could be a h233b if im correct? It may even still have a c200 rear depending on diff ratios. As for it having an lsd upfront it is completely possible. 4x4parts.com in the states sells the kits.
Why not have a mechanic look over it? Surely there ia one around that has done work on a nav before and could spot the difference
