Hey guys. Got my nav zd30 about 2 months ago with new motor and turbo. Did egr + butterfly/swirl mod and on average getting over 720km in different conditions but generally gear changes at 2.5 unless need more grunt. Seems to get some good km's outta this ute..

I have definitely noticed some better low down power, specially when cold. Engine does seem to warm up faster but I'm only going by engine temp gauge as don't have a pyro for the egt. Damn those vac hoses are a b*tch though! Only had this motor for 1000km's and check out the gasket that was...

Yeah thought about a smashed up troll cooler on it but had heard stories about the trolls with cracked heads and cooler probs. I don't know how true that was though, do we know anyone that's tried this? Thanks lads!

Hmmm.. Yeah I have seen the modded xr6 one and that's sick. I don't really wanna have to go all out and smash together something crazy but.. What do ya's think about yd25 intercooler as a front mount and a little bit of plumbing? Not as easy as it sounds? Cheers!

Woooooo! Long time reader, first time poster.. Mostly coz only picked up the D22 ZD30 dual cab last week. Already starting with the mods. EGR blocker on order, ebay, love ya. Will sort out vac hoses/swirl/butterfly thanks to the incredible pics on how to. Turbo timer received and will chuck her...
