Sounds like there is some unknowns here. Engine starts and draws air in throught the intake via the turbo > mixes with fuel then compressed to burn > is vented to exhaust via turbo. The exhausting of the burnt gas is what makes the turbo spool (not getting too techincal.) The spooling turbo...

Put the new gaurd to good use last weekend =) Had a few bumbs and knocks, felt more confident with th gaurd on, not having to worry about the sump draining all over the trails =)

Thanks for the feedback guys, i think i will get someone to deal with it instead of myself =) Truck has about 130000klms on it, but after last weekend at LCMP it feels like it is slipping, the bite point is uch higher in the throw of the pedal. My guess is it may have got a bit wet or even had...

Two fold question, how hard is the ZD30 clutch to replace? SUggestions on brands... Excedy etc... Does anyone have experience with a good mechanic on the Southside to do the work? I am cabaple of doing the work, just need ot know fi there is anything out of place to watch out for? Cheers...

Ditto, seems to be common. My uncles GU partol same age as my Nav has the same issue. Pull it out and be gentle with cleanin it.

Excellent, will make sur ei keep an eye out for the botls etc =) Ordered today, just the sump gaurd for now, xfer case next. Not a bad price $242 for the sump/diff gaurd. cheers again!
