zd30 engine rough

My 2003 d22 started running rough /hunting / missing this morning it seems to run ok over 2000 revs but when it comes back to idle it plays up intermittently it has zd30 new turbo 20000 km ago.. i am thinkung fuel return probs

Two easy & cheap things could ve the cause:

1) Nuetral position switch - disconect from the gear box to test.

2) Air in fuel lines - install clear lines from primer to check.

Neutral position. switch. unplugged long ago. the return line on the fuel tank seams a little. warm suggesting it is flowing a lot of fuel. dropped. the fuel. filter checked fo anything. unusual. put it back on bit of a pig to start ran rough as till i pumped the primer about. ten times revs above 2000 no problem hunting again when it idles then next time go back to normal

Leave it idle for 10 minutes, this resets the throttle position sensor,<- should be a sticky, i'm sick of typing this.
