will a fs5w71c gearbox fit to a Ka24e

Hi I have a D21 Navara with a Z24 motor and a Fs5w71c gearbox.
I am looking to replace the tired old z24 with a Ka24e motor.

I NEED to know if the Ka24e will mate up to the FS5W71C with out modification ?
If any body can help, it will be appreciated.

Yep. Fairly common replacement. Bolts right on.
I've got a write up somewhere on here or another forum that goes through which accessories bolt on as well, and the wiring changes needed. Save the temp sender from the Z - it will match the temp gauge in the dash.
Also need to add in a high pressure fuel pump and surge tank to get enough fuel to the engine. Pretty straight forward.
Only thing I never got working was the tacho, but I didn't get to stressed about it.

I just looked at a whole d21 with a KA24E motor so i will have everything i need to do the conversion.
