white smoke...

Alrighty guys, need some help
just done a new head gasket, new head and duplex cahin on my d40 2007 yd25. made sure everything was do correct to the repair book ( bolts toqured down, timing exc)
did the first start up yesterday, and im getting a lot of white smoke, very toxic smell like un burnt diesel.goes away after warming up but on throttle it comes back. not getting any codes on my scanner..
not losing coolant or oil.
i did notice that injector 1 has loud ting sound then the rest of them, any ways to know if a injector is failed or starting to.
any ideas on what i should be checking? first time ever opening an enigne and doing the work myself, trying to save as much coin as i can in the process.

did you put the injection codes into the ecu? or reinstall the injectors the same order they came out?

back in the same cylinders?

if one cyl sound iffy check you havn't got something stuck down the intake. seen that happen.
also check valve clearances.
