Which Snorkel

any one done or seen a custom stainless steel snorkel on on a D40? Thinking of doing one.

Got a safari snorkel only about 2 weeks ago. Really happy with it. Like the look of it and good brand. Im happy all over.

when you say gone have you cut it out? or just filled it up with sikaflex?

The pipe that joins the bottom to the top is gone,ripped off and thrown in the shed,the airflow goes straight onto the air filter box pipe.

I was thinking of cutting the top of the airbox out so the air from the snorkel went straight into the filter so to speak. Not around all that piping.
Is that what you have done???
