I haven't used them myself, but have a mate running 265/75R16 on his lux and he loves them.
It doesn't do a heap of driving though, just a weekend car, so not sure on road noise and milage

I don't do a lot of mud driving but at $205 each i dont really care about the mileage to much. If i can get a Mickey Thompson ATZ 4 rib at the right price i might end up with them instead
