Wanted: Canopy for 2008 D40 Extra Cab (1.5 cabin)

I'm looking for a canopy, preferably with windows on all sides and some means of ventilating it (sliding side window or something), to fit on my 2008 D40 Extra Cab.
The cabin itself is not really adequate for transporting my dogs in and I like them to travel in some comfort whenever I need to take them (which is rare, at least one of them prefers staying at home).
Ideally it would be somewhere in Greece or from someone who'd be willing to ship it to Greece.

They are made for King Cabs as they call them here. Most are made in Thailand. I have one on mine, they are not cheap. In Fact way overpriced for what they are. You may be better off to have something custom made. I removed the jump seats in the rear and made a raised shelf and dress board for the rear of the cabin. Gave my old lab cross a bit more space and think she doesn't mind the aircond either.
