v9x fuel filter change?

Has anyone had a go at changing the fuel filter? How difficult was it? Any tips?

not too hard. need primer.

Which one? The one near the tank or in the engine bay.

Changed fuel filter couple of times.not hard to do 1 plug 2 fuel lines 2 bolts holding bracket.
Primer bulb is located behind LH back seat. Primer connection under plastic cover on top engine.

here you go I put a bit of plastic tube at end of primer and into a bottle to stop fuel going everywhere.Just keep squeezing bulb till all the bubbles are out.

V9X fuel filter change

Just changed mine yesterday. Very easy job.
Unplug 2 electrical connectors 1 is retained by a clip on a metal bracket.
unplug 2 fuel hoses on top.
loosen clamp on side of filter 10mm.
Pull filter up.
Fit new filter and reconnect everything.
Remove engine cover.
Locate primer connection remove small cover on primer.
Connect primer with an extra piece of hose so you can pump into a container.
Pump primer bulb till fuel without air comes out took me about 15 pumps.
Remove primer refit cover on primer.
Start engine check for leaks.
Clean and refit engine cover.
Genuine filter from Nissan $87
