under bidy rattle under load

Ever since I bought the car there is a rattle coming from underneath near the middle when its under load around 2000rpm. I crawled under it today thinking it might be a exhaust heat shield or something but think this may be the culprit.

what is it? its located under the drivers seat and seems to have lines coiled up inside it, fuel lines maybe?

Mine had exhaust rattle from a heat shield.. It sounded engine but noise travels..

Check no welds loose / broken.. Mine drove me nuts
