Why would you want to turn the ABS off?
I can understand turning ESP off on the track but the 22's don't have ESP.

Because it's crap! Usually the front right on mine grabs and let's go (on dirt) at a rate that makes the whole vehicle shudder. It doesn't slow me down very fast on unsealed roads either. It feels like the whole front wheel and suspension are trying to rip free from the ute. Had it checked, all good they say! Just saying :)

Cheers Brad

The brake line to your front right may have a blockage or air in the line.
I would bleed the brakes a few times just to make sure.

I thought it was quite common knowledge that abs takes longer to stop a car than not having abs does. The only advantage of having it is it lets you steer around an obstacle while not having abs means skidding straight into it...

If you don't want the abs to work at all either pull the fuse or disconnect one of the wheel sensors

Step 1 Rip your rear abs line off with a log while pulling a Toyota out of a bog
step 2 discover its $390 for said abs line
Step 3 put a bit of black tape over abs light on dash so you can't see it
Enjoy
