there is rules but depending which bush/forest you go into.......

be sensible and dont start any bushfires

Going bush in hot weather can be quite good, find a nice shady spot on a creek or something like that. There are always spots somewhere where it can be 35 degrees in town and feel like 25 under the trees, find that spot and you'll love the bush in the hot weather.

As Krankin says, check the rules especially for state forests but otherwise you should be fine.
