Hi all,
When I am driving my Navara at over 90KMH I get a low noise hum and slight vibration in the cab. I've replaced the lower ball joints a couple of years ago and the upper ones seem sound, no obvious sign of wear and no movement.
I can't see any obvious signs of wear in the bushes on the upper and lower trailing arms either, I also had all new tyres fitted this year so I don't think it will be wheel balancing issues. However I did notice that the bushes on the front shocks are knackered.
I do need new bushes on the rear though, I these are knackered too. Could these two factors be causing the vibrating and humming noise when I hit 90kmh?
