str altezza tail lights

Hi all new to this , just a quick question bought an 08 d22 str an it has altezza tail lights in it an one is broken , car yard is trying to chase up a new one they say they can get a pair off ebay for 120.00 but they say they are for 00 to 05 models is there a diffrence to the 08 model
