just looking for specs,found this site now really worryed what going to happen next.had my ute since new 2003 no probs till now turbo died looking for manual or just torsion spec to put the bloody thing back together after i take the head off and collect the rest of the compressor thats in there somewhere. got to love a zd30

I would suggest an intercooler as a good mod, too. Small power gain, big insurance in case of turbo failures.

There's a D22 manual linked to in this thread. There are several revisions inside and it covers a variety of motors.

Turbo timer fitted ?

I have 245,000km's on my original turbo and still going strong.

thanks for the manual link .Turbo timer fitted since about 500 ks only 130000 km on it typical builders ute no load one day bobcat on trailer the next
