Hi all. Im soon to be a navara owner......... as soon as i can decide between a 126kw king cab st-x or a 140kw dual cab st-x. I prefer the king cab but im coming from 270kw FPV so im gonna want every kw and Nm i can get. Can anyone tell me why the 140kw engine isnt available in an ST-X king cab ? Heeelp

The dual cab has a bigger cabin, and with fold up and fold down (they go both ways) rear seats, the room behind the front seats in the dual cab is awesome.
The tray length of the King Cab is only 350mm more than the Dual Cab (and all of this length is in front of the rear axle).
As for engines, I think the Dual Cabs are the "top of the range" and get the newer gear first. Don't hold your breath for too long, rumour has it we'll have a V6 diesel in the not-to-distant future with a few more ponies than what you're looking at.

I dont really need the extra room in the cabin but the 350mm in the back is the the difference between sleeping there or in a swag. I have read about the new V6 and V8 engines going into the patrols. I would have thought it could be years before they find there way into the Navara here. If i new it would be even 6 months i would be prepared to order and wait.
