power comparison 3.0 & 4.2

what mods do u have?

I'm sure on paper it will eat a patrol, even from a set of lights, but put them to work towing and hard work and I'm certain which one will come out on top......the 4.2 any day. Plus all the extra pressure on your 4 cyl won't help long term

m8 my nav sounds tuff as! with it's 3" straight through mandrel bent system and will eat 4.2's any day of the week!

Mate, if ya can, upload a clip on you tube and post a link if you can? Most exhausts ive heard on zd30s sound a bit tractor like! thats the only reason ive not had mine done.

Haha I've got my 2.5CR sounding tuff as nails but it wasn't cheap..... And who care if a 3ltr will beat a patrol off the line, if you want a race car go and buy a skyline, I want a tuff car off road andf am looking forward to having something with a solid front axle that won't lift tyres on average bumps
