Hey guys,

This tray has been in the works for a couple of months, but because work keeps sending me away it's just dragging out. I've got it to the point where I just have to paint it and wire up the lights, so I hope by the end of the week it'll be good to go.

Let me know what you think and I'll throw up some more pics when it's done.

Tray fitted last night, got held up a bit when a massive thunderstorm flooded my garage, but got it on anyway. Now I just have to remove rear step and fit mud flaps.

Looks bloody awesome. I agree with removing the old bar.
You will just have to be careful with loading up the back of the tray with to much weight. Last thing you want is a bent chassis.
Here is a lovely example.

In what spare time I had I connected my reverse lights and added some propeller plate in between the lights. Might mount the number plate there when I remember to get lights for it. So the step stays for a couple of days. Getting my mate to bend up mud guards out of stainless.

I'm thinking about fitting mud guards, number plate holder and then selling tray, whats it worth you think?

I've been unable to go 4wding due to everything being closed because of the heavy rain and flooding, so I decided it was time to finish the tray. I finished wheel guards and mounted them, changed my tail lights, mounted and wired new reverse lights (narva driving lights), wired and fitted work light (LED ebay special), and wired and fitter my 2nd battery under the tray. I also repainted my massive tool box and found a way to mount it for when I can go camping, but thinking of changing the mounts around.
