Park Brake constantly on.

Hey guys, after some advice. Just recently noticed that my park brake light is constantly on, whether park brake is on or not.
I have had a look at the rear brakes and am suspecting that it is most likely the master cylinders need to be pulled apart and cleaned? I have adjusted the brakes on both sides and loosened them off a couple of clicks but has not worked.
Brakes are working well it's just like they are sticking on a bit.
Anybody else have any issues with this? and if so how did you fix it.

most likely its just the switch thats gone bad. failing that maybe dirt stopping he handle from going back all the way. either way you can look at it when you pull the covers off.
