You should be able to locate a generic bosch sensor from any reasonable auto electrician, not sure about Nissans, but changed the wife's Honda's oxy sensor recently, Honda wanted about $500, generic from a auto sparky was about $250.
If you take your ute in they can check your old one with a oscilloscope and also cross reference the numbers on it for a generic one.
It would be worthwhile before investing in a new one to just unplug and re-plug the connector a few times, check for melted or damaged wires etc.
You can reset the code with a plug-in obd2 adapter too if you have one.
