did you fill the radiator up to the correct level and did you bleed the air out???

and do us a favour with an intro thread with some details about yourself

Welcome to the forum.

There could be several reasons for overheating.

1) Radiator cooling fan clutch not engaging
Get the engine to normal operating temperature then pull over, turn it off and try spinning the fan by hand. It should be a bit stiff - it should not turn over easily. If it does, that's your problem - replace it.

2) Radiator core blocked
If you've used proper coolant for the life of the vehicle then this generally shouldn't happen. It's hard to tell - but try some radiator flush fluid, drain the radiator and refill with coolant.

3) blocked or stuck thermostat
You can try the solution for step 2 first, or just replace it.

4) blocked water channels in the engine block
These require the use of a flushing agent or in the worst case, a strip-down of the engine and you don't really want to do that. If you suspect it, try the radiator flush fluid.

5) blocked or stuffed pump
Again, a radiator flush will assist here and might resolve things but if the pump's shot, there's no point trying to risk a trip with it because that's when it will let you down.

The only other thing I can think of is debris in the radiator fins or too much stuff mounted in front of the grille. I am assuming that you've checked the radiator etc and it's clean (if not, gerni it) and that you haven't blocked the grille with too many large objects.

Im not sure how your cash flow is, But when i had sweet f-all i was told about this stuff called "SEAL UP" and it works unbelievably well.

I cracked the head in my D22 zd30 after giving it a drink of water with no snorkel, it got that bad that it would hydraulic lock when i tried to start it.

So i drained all the coolant and flushed the engine and heater core a few times to make sure all the coolant was gone, which is what i was told to do so the "SEAL UP" would work, and what do you know the **** worked so good that i left it for over 150k.
No **** for $10 that stuff fixed the problem and i had no more issues.

Definitely worth a try
